GR86 HKS Turbo by Fensport
Our long time customer Lun has always loved his Toyota's and decided he wanted a HKS GTIII-RS Turbo kit to go with his Rocket Bunney wide bodied 86!
This was our first turbo GR86, mapped using Ecutek and it's running at 0.75 bar boost, we had to fit 750cc injectors as we had maxed the stock fuel system! It's road mapped and running really well, we would estimate approx 400bhp!
The 2.4 litre engine is amazing when turbocharged, the extra exhaust flow really helps the turbo spool creating a massive wave of torque from 2500 all the way to redline.
Even the 285 Yokohama A052 tyres struggle for grip in the first 3 gears on dry roads!
The 2.4 litre FA24 engine has a straight rod design making it stronger than the FA20 and able to cope with more low down torque. We believe this engine will make monster power in the future!
Probably the most modified UK GR86 at the moment, Rocket Bunney wide arch, Work emotion wheels, A052 tyres, TRD Monoblock brake kit, HKS Hipermax R coilovers, Tomei 80mm Titanium exhaust from sports cat back, Carbon propshaft, uprated driveshafts and much much more!
